Here are our current opening hours:

We will be closed on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 September, reopening on Thursday 10 September at 6pm.

We are a small venue, so booking ahead is strongly advised.

About us

We are an award-winning cheese and wine bar in the heart of Belvès, officially one of France’s most beautiful villages, situated in the stunning Périgord noir.

In 2025 we were named Best Wine Bar in South West France in the Food and Drink Awards. A year earlier, we were named South West France’s Cheese Connoisseurs of the Year in the Restaurant and Bar Awards.

We sell wine to take away too, and are known for offering high-quality wines at competitive prices.

As well as all this, we offer stylish bed and breakfast accommodation. We aim to help you experience the best of what this special corner of France has to offer.
